Pricing

CA$200 first month, then CA$100/month

Per restaurant, plus applicable tax. No commission.

The first month is CA$200 (CA$100 monthly subscription + a one-time CA$100 first-month fee). Every month after is CA$100, flat.
No commission and no per-order fees from TablesFlow.
No hardware to buy: diners order from a QR code on their own phone.
Month to month: no long-term contract. Cancel any time, effective at the end of the paid month.
Diners pay you directly at your own terminal or counter. TablesFlow never touches diner payments or card data.

I agree to the TablesFlow subscription terms: CA$200 first month, then CA$100/month, plus applicable tax, no commission (the CA$100 first-month fee is charged once per restaurant). No per-order fees. I choose auto-renewal or manual payment when I subscribe; service starts once the first month is paid; if a paid month ends without renewal (no grace period), new online orders pause until I pay, while orders already placed can still be completed (see terms §4). I understand my location will not go live until admin certification.I consent to Tables Flow collecting my contact details and licence document to verify my business for platform access, under Canada's PIPEDA (and Quebec Law 25 if applicable). I understand this data is kept only for certification, compliance, and support, may be stored outside Canada by our hosting providers, and I can request access, correction or deletion (see the privacy policy and terms).I attest that this business is the food operator and holds a valid provincial / municipal food-premises licence for this location. Tables Flow is an ordering platform only and does not prepare or serve food.

We only send transactional emails about your application and account. No marketing email or SMS is sent without separate opt-in consent.
