Access, correction and deletion requests

Under PIPEDA and Quebec Law 25 you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.

1. Email privacy@tablesflow.example with the type of request.
2. Diners: we don't collect your name or contact details, so tell us the restaurant, the table and approximate time, or the order number shown after ordering (e.g. #a1b2c3). We will delete the notes on that order.
3. Merchants and staff: write from the email on the account. Closing a merchant account permanently deletes the restaurant, its menu, orders, staff accounts and licence document.
4. We may ask you to confirm your identity, and we reply within 30 days.
